Hugging in Canada

MOTIVATION
Short Assignment for Digital Photography Course at NSCAD University, Canada. Completed in one week in 2013.

CONCEPT
Considering that Brazilians hug to greet more often than Canadians, I was challenged by my professor to hug 30 people per day during one week. In total I hugged 74 people: 47 strangers and 27 friends. Three photos were taken every time: before, during and after the hug. The outcome shows that even though Canadians are reserved, hugs are welcomed.
